What would you be doing?

In this challenging role, you would handle a variety of tasks related to our client?s Medicare Part B billing. Your responsibilities would include:Qualifying patients for Medicare Part B reimbursement
Utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology to transmit claims to Medicare, follow up on denials, and process third party claims
Following the claims process through from start to finish
Handling assigned facilities, with a focus on claims related to the client?s enteral feeding tube product

What kind of candidate are we looking for?



Demonstrated experience with medical terminology (including related medical codes) is required, as is medical billing experience. Customer service experience is also essential. A background in billing for medical supplies or for durable medical equipment is preferred. Medicare Part B experience is ideal. HIPAA experience is a plus. A related college degree is helpful.
