Nurse Manager
Birthing Center

Requires current CA RN license, Bachelor?s degree, BLS-C instructor and CPR certification with experience in an acute care setting; Master?s degree and ACLS is preferred.

Must have knowledge base in clinical nursing and administration to include clinical practice management, personnel management, fiscal management, professional liability, risk management, environmental management and the principles of quality improvement. Excellent written and oral communication skills along with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements including JCAHO, DHS and Title 22 is a must.
