CBIZ Medical Management Professionals, Inc., the nation?s premier provider of medical practice management services has an immediate opening for an Operations/Practice Manager to be based in Leawood (Kansas City) KS.

Primary Responsibilities:
This person selected for this position will assume responsibilities for operational performance for one of Kansas City?s most prestigious physician groups. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of a large billing office, including accounts receivable management, reimbursement management, and payor relations performance standards.

Qualifications:
? Proven success in leadership, customer service and physician/client relationships
? Effective meeting management and presentation skills to large client groups
? Three (3) + years experience managing multiple clients, including two (2) years of physician practice management experience.
? Experience in managing medical billing and reimbursement and managed care contracts.
? Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills
? Systems and software proficiency, including Excel.
? Demonstrated managerial achievement and technical knowledge.
? College degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
