A client located in North Tampa has an immediate position available for a Patient Care Specialist
The ideal candidate will have experince in handling a high volume of incoming calls in a call center environment. Duties are as follows, but are not limited to:
-Listening in an actively manner to callers' needs with empathy, courtesy and tact.
-Meet all National Call Center Quality standards.
-Capture complete caller/patient information in constituent database.
-Conducts assessments based on patient needs.
-Develope professional relationships with referral sources and volunteers
-Follow up on calls/correspondence to all customers and case management systems
-Forward complex calls/questions to the appropriate knowledgeable resource.
-Research options and resources for callers/clients.
-Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly desired, knowledge of the Medical/Insurance industry helpful.
-Social Worker or RN is ideal.
