Assignment Capsule
The Network Specialist will be the initial contact for Provider staff calling with inquiries regarding Humana Medicare Advantage products and processes.

Role Essentials

Proven experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians, their staffs, hospitals and ancillary Providers

Must have strong Provider customer service, problem solving and computer skills

High school diploma required
Role Desirables

Experience with Medicare Advantage plans preferred
Reporting Relationships
You will be in the Medicare Service Operations area under the direction of the Market Director.
