Quality Control Analyst (4298)

Job Description: Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join our team in Providence, RI.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform quality control (QC) on standard production processes within the Membership Administrative Services Department (MAS).
Ensure production processes are done accurately and timely.
Act as primary contact and liaison between client Quality Assurance (EAQA) and MAS Department.
Investigate and validate monthly EAQA results within the areas of Direct Pay, MedChoice, Commercial Enrollment, and Group Administration.
Conduct audits of MAS production processes to identify process improvements.
Provide monthly feedback to management on individual performance (including strengths, areas of improvement and training needs).
Assist production areas during periods of high volume.

Required Skills:

MS Office, especially Excel

Excellent math skills

Flexibility in schedule - may require working overtime

Strong communication skills

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Macess and LSRP

Quality Assurance or Auditing background

Healthcare experience
