Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator

Busy medical outpatient practice in North NJ is seeking for a candidate with administrative skills, customer service skills and medical office experience.  Individual must have experience with high pace work environment.  Ability to multi-task is a MUST! Hiring due to expansion.  Full Time and Part Time Positions Available!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

- Answer Phones

- Schedule Appointments

- Schedule Management

- Completion of Office Forms

- Collection of Copayments and Balances from Patients

- Computer Data Entry

- Telephone Intake for New Patients

- Moderately light billing i.e. Entering CPT Codes and

Authorizations

 

REQUIREMENTS

- Medical Office experience

- Ability to work days/evenings/weekends

- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to provide quality customer service

- Ability to work with a team
