Regional Recruiter/Therapy

 

HealthBridge Management is responsible for the day to day operations of 15 Long Term Care and Rehabilitation facilities throughout Massachusetts. 

 

Regional Recruiter needed to join growing corporate team. 

 

 

Develop relationships with facilities in MA in relation to staffing patterns and department organization.

 

Build, maintain, and hire from internal data base to create candidate flow for all therapy departments with in each facility.

 

Research and call on competitor facilities to recruit, obtain references from and educate the therapy population about HealthBridge Management.

 

Collect and monitor data around the recruitment and hiring process.

 

Report on results of all recruitment programs

 

Work closely with facility staff to ensure that the interview process is handled efficiently and professionally.  Train and guide where needed.

 

Attend job fairs and open house activities representing HealthBridge Management.

 

As the successful candidate you will come to the table with at least 5 years experience in recruiting as well as the ability to work independently.  You will have a proven track record in relationship building and strong network development.  You need to be comfortable and successful at identifying and recruiting the passive job seeker. 

 

Required:

5 years experience in recruitment

Experience in health care recruitment, therapy.

Strong computer skills

Willingness to travel between facilities

 

Desired:

Experience in recruitment for multiple locations

Knowledge of LTC environments
