Primary responsibilities include:

?  Candidacy screening

?  Diagnostic testing

?  Patient education

?  Patient scheduling

?  Assisting surgeon during LASIK procedure

 

Candidates must have a high school diploma with 1-3 years customer service experience in a medical office setting, possess excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and sales skills.  Candidates should be able to multi-task and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment.  COA or COT certification a plus, but not required.  All candidates should have computer knowledge including Windows-based software and Microsoft Office.
