Strategic Continuous Improvement Leader

Our commitment to continually improve our services and procedures has resulted in the need to expand our continuous improvement team by adding two Strategic Continuous Improvement Leaders.  These Leaders will be responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring and training continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and improve patient services throughout the organization.  This will involve developing business models, operation plans and leveraging scorecards and reviews to identify performance gaps and actions to close those gaps.

Candidates must be well versed and experienced in continuous improvement concepts, theory and practices.  They must possess a full Lean tool belt with verified project results utilizing these Lean tools and have a passion for coaching and mentoring others in the use of these tools.

Candidates interested in this exciting career opportunity in health care must meet the following requirements:

  * BS in business, technology or engineering is required.

  * Six Sigma Black Belt certification with verified project results required.

  * Experience in applying Lean tools and concepts to successful projects with verified project results.

  * 5 years continuous improvement experience utilizing Lean concepts and Six Sigma in a health care related or transactional service related industry.

  * A passion for continuous improvement, sense of urgency and high energy level.
