Supervisor-Training & Quality to $48k+ -

Job Description: Established healthcare company seeking qualified supervisor of training and quality.Supervises the activities of the training and quality teams, including oversight of the day-to-day workflow.Supervises the development and implementation of training and quality monitoring programs as well as develops evaluation programs to measure the effectiveness of training.Evaluates training programs and staff to ensure that knowledge and quality standards are being met.Coordinates customer and enrollment training efforts with external departments as appropriate.Develops and maintain training materials, desktop guidelines/policies and procedures .Requests system reports and modifications, as appropriate, to ensure training and quality information is documented accurately and timely.Minimum three years' experience in a supervisory capacity, and three years' experience in an adult training environment developing technical training documentation with a thorough knowledge of various training methodologies.Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, self-funded and commercial experience is preferred.Bachelor degree preferred in English or closely related field.
