Works with a small IT team to receive incoming technical support phone calls and emails for the corporate office and remote medical clinic sites supporting 250+ users in a growing corporation. Investigates, troubleshoots, records and resolves software/hardware problems of customer calls per established procedures. Train customers to maximize use of the systems.

Requires previous knowledge/experience with Windows 2000, Windows XO, basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, PC architecture and Microsoft Office. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects. Excellent customer relations skills, effective oral & written skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills. After hours and weekend work schedule may be required.
