The successful candidate will lead and guide a team of 15 -20 associates in providing direct service to and for Humana's Medicare Reconciliation Department. As a Supervisor you will monitor and track associates performance. Team Leaders coordinate efforts with multiple departments such as; Finance, Billing, Enrollment and Market Offices to better the customers experience with Humana.

A day in the life of a TEAM LEADER might include:


Hiring, coaching, leading and managing performances for the associates.


Insuring all associates are accountable for adherence to policy and procedure.


Using business tools and practices, to include process management techniques, problem-solving, re-engineering and Bench Marking.

Role Essentials

4 year college degree or commensurate experience.

Two years of previous supervisory experience or commensurate experience serving some type of leadership capacity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical and problem solving skills.
Role Desirables

Three plus years of previous work experience in an operational setting helpful.

General understanding of economic, financial and operational concepts preferred.

Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes and practices preferred.

Specific knowledge of Medicare claims processing is a plus.

Proficiency with MS Office
Reporting Relationships
You will work in the Billing area under the direction of a Frontline Leader.
