This is an advanced Customer Service position and requires expeditious, timely and courteous handling of all questions and requests. Attention to details is extremely important in all aspects of the role. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty solidly.Responsibilities include principal customer contact regarding technical product support and problem resolution.You will be responsible to attend surgical cases - directing surgeons and operating room (OR) staff in the proper use of Stryker instruments and implants. Provide technical support to OR staff on Stryker products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Document fully every call/incident (inquiry and complaints) in the database system and prepare reports regarding the product issues that are related to day-to-day activities.Provide technical information and answers on the use, application, and training for products, prior to and during procedures.Post-procedure support by organizing and inventorying products/instruments etc.Support the Team Member Drivers with the delivery of kits to and from account.Assist in return goods area when dealing with returns from field service issues.Coordinate testing of returned product for maintenance and evaluation.Handle requests for the return of the products related to stock adjustments and administrative processes consistent with company procedures and customer privileges as appropriate.Resolve implied field application and/or product problems pertaining to product use, with the aid of sales representatives as needed for superior account maintenance.When necessary, advise and counsel customers on their product needs.Assist customers in purchasing/leasing/consignment product.Assist sales representatives and field operations.Maintain training in sales skills and products.Participate in continuing education seminars and refresher product/instrumentation trainings on a periodic basis.Effectively identify and troubleshoot instrument related problems experienced by our customers, both internal and external during and post procedure.Interact with various teams concerning the products.Participate on teams to provide application input.Perform customer site visits to analyze applications, troubleshoot gaps and recommend solutions.Act as Technical liaison with manufacturing partners.Train internal and external customers as required.QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong demonstrated experience with office technology (e.g. ERP systems, Access, Excel and Word.).2 + years of experience as an RN or as a Surgical Technician specifically in a surgical orthopedic setting.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records.Strong problem solving and communication skills.Analyze and understand written specifications and assist customers with product selections that will comply with those specifications.EDUCATION: B.A./B.S. in related field desired
