Individual that has experience in Supervision of employees (both internal and particularly remote), experience in creating and tracking policies for department that involve, but not limited to: travel, expense reporting, and customer installation and training. The key individual would also possess experience in creating/maintaining training programs for customer software and hardware installations. Proven record of accomplishment in tracking employee performance based on defined key competencies a must. Comfortable in delivering performance objectives, along with performance reviews. Some experience with Customer Base Training (CBT) development helpful. Ability to travel approximately 30%.Position Description

Responsible for directing the activities of employee training department; coordinates the staffing and scheduling of in-house and field training, monitoring of department expense reporting, maintaining knowledge level of field trainers, providing performance objectives along with monitoring each employee performance. Responsible for assisting in developing documentation for new and existing products, along with continued review of documentation produced by key departments. Ensures training program (s) meets the company and customer objectives, including employee satisfaction. Provides directions to employees according to established policies and management guidelines. Frequently interact with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer groups at all levels. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations based on department performance concerning trainer utilization, specific projects/schedules etc. Ability to travel approximately 30%Minimum Requirements

3+ years Supervision experience and leadership experience, Documentation experience, CBT development experience a plusAdditional Knowledge & Skills

Applicant must have experience in Supervision of employees (internal / particularly remote employees), ability to collaborate on creating policies for the training team, experience balancing corporate goals with employee satisfaction, develop methods to assess and track employee performance, developing new training programs, experience with Microsoft Office Products (Specifically Access and Excel). Individual that is a self starter and a life long learner.Education
