UM Supervisor

Responsible for the day to day operation of the Utilization Management staff that provides UM functions for IPA?s.  Works in a matrix role with the IPA administrators of assigned IPA?s.  Perform UM activities as assigned. Review all OON requests with regional manager.

Educational requirements: Clinical licensure as LVN/RN with an Associate/Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience in Managed care

Additional Skills: 1-2 year?s prior experience in utilization management in a managed care or IPA/PMG environment.
2-5 years experience in an acute care environment, or related health care experience
