Days
Responsibilities :
Monitors cardiac rhythms of patients on telemetric equipment. Interprets basic cardiac rhythms, common dysrhythmia and monitor mechanical malfunctions. Attend nursing station, perform clerical and reception duties, and requisition supplies, equipment, and services as directed.
Qualifications :
Certificate of Ward Clerk completion (ex. Wintersteiner). Monitor tech arrhythmia class certification. Current CPR. 1 year experience preferred. Ability to exercise telephone etiquette. Computer skills. Ability to transcribe physicians' orders to a Kardex (ex: labs, x-ray, and medications).
