Assignment Capsule
This successful associate directly responds to questions, handles issues and provides information for transactions, inquiries or complaints to those whom we have key relationships. This associate is also responsible for the quality assurance of our web builds.

In this highly visible role as a Web Specialist, we look to your experience, enthusiasm, and unrelenting customer focus to help us achieve high levels of customer service excellence as you educate and problem solve for the Benefits Administrator, Market and Sales Representative regarding web based issues.

In this position, you will proactively build strong lasting relationships with Benefits Administrators, Market Representatives and Sales Representatives.

Role Essentials

Strong commitment to customer service

Demonstrated experience with web software/technology

College degree or working towards college degree

Role Desirables

Background in health insurance preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft office software
Reporting Relationships
The web specialist will report to the frontline leader.
