Clinical Rehabilitation Trainer

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Develop new rehab training tools, policies, and procedures.
? Develop new training protocols and roll-out these protocols to the facilities.
? Conduct orientation for all new facility based staff and assist in orientation of Regional/Area staff.
? Provide on-going training to facility rehab staff, to enhance therapy programs and revenue.
? Perform training on documentation and compliance during orientation and on an annual basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:

? Three to five years of management or clinical training experience.
? Solid understanding of long-term care operations and programming.
? Interdisciplinary training or management experience.
? Ability to travel frequently (75%).
