HealthSouth Nittany Valley Rehabilitation Hospital is an 85-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located in Pleasant Gap, PA just outside of State College, PA. We are currently recruiting candidates for the position of Director of Clinical Services.

 

This senior management level position reports directly to the Administrator/CEO and is responsible for the overall operation and performance of our Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Therapeutic Recreation, and Speech Therapy departments.

 

The responsibilities of this position include participating in the hospital?s program development and business development efforts. The DCS also interprets outcomes reports to assess the effectiveness of clinical services and subsequently creates strategies to ensure continuous improvement, and ensures all projects, objectives, and staff are focused on the hospital?s mission.

 

The successful candidate for this leadership position must possess a bachelor?s or master?s degree in a related clinical field with current PA licensure and 3-5 years of progressively responsible work experience in a physical rehabilitation setting. Supervisory experience is preferred.
