The Director of Rehabilitation Services coordinates the overall operational, clinical and financial performance of the Rehabilitation Center.The ideal person must have a previous Physical Therapy experience, ideally from a Sports Rehab or Orthopedic Injuries.

 This position will plan, implement, market and evaluate Rehabilitation Services in the Health System to ensure optimal delivery of care and services to all patients; continually work to improve services; assume consistent application of services; create an environment that provides professional development; and assume financial viability.  Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy, as well as a current licensure in a rehab field in the State of NJ or NY with 3 to 5 years management experience.

Their treatment plans are individually tailored and specifically designed to maximize the quality of life for each of our patients, young or old.
