Home Health-Rehab Therapy Manager
Thriving, Detroit area home health agency seeks PT, OT or SLP to oversee all therapy services provided (PT,OT,Speech). The agency is committed to providing total patient satisfaction and needs a dedicated professional to assist in carrying out this mission.
The position will involve managing a large staff of therapists. Duties are primarily administrative, and will not typically include providing hands-on therapy. In addition to overseeing staff, the Manager will create and conduct new hire orientation, facilitate monthly staff meetings, coordinate and monitor therapy coverage, and assist in staff recruitment. The Manager will also process appropriate documentation, and ensure compliance with Medicare and other regulations. Serving as a liaison, the Manager will communicate with hospitals, physicians and contract agencies as needed.
Management experience in a home health setting is mandatory.
Also Requires PT, OT or SLP credentials.
