OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST SUPERVISOR

Metropolitan Jewish Geriatric Center (MJGC) is a 511-bed nursing facility located in Boro Park, Brooklyn.  We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist Supervisor.

 

As a Clinical Supervisor with MJGC, you will have the opportunity to work in an acute care setting that includes trauma patients, stroke and other neurologic disorders, geriatrics, oncology, orthopaedics and general medical /surgical patients. Interested candidates must have excellent evaluation skills, dynamic abilities, creative clinical skills, well organized, 3 - 5 years clinical experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a clincal setting and the desire to work with a coordinated team of nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy and other professionals in a fast paced environment.

 

Candidates must be a Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a current NY license and registered with the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy. We are currently seeking a supervisor to be actively involved and enthusiastic in meeting the challenges of patient treatment today and engaged in life long learning to promote the profession for the community we serve.
