Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Rehab Manager, functions as a member of the Occupational Therapy Services team. Establishes treatment plans for a variety of patient diagnosis; treats patients in a variety of settings, provides patient/family education; performs necessary documentation and supervises supportive personnel.

Qualifications
B.S. or B.A. or entry level Masters Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Experience in physical disabilities and/or pediatrics preferred. Current registration as an Occupational Therapist by the American Occupational Therapy Association or registry eligible required. Current license, temporary license or license applied for in state required.
