Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Community Rehabilitation, functions as a member of the Occupational Therapy Services team. Evaluates and establishes treatment plans for a variety of patient diagnosis; treats patients primarily in a skilled/long-term care setting but may treat in a variety of settings, provides patient/family education; performs necessary documentation and supervises supportive personnel.

Qualifications
B.S. or B.A. or entry level Masters Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Experience in physical disabilities and/or pediatrics preferred.
