The HSC Pediatric Center is the Washington, DC area?s premier provider of rehabilitative and transitional care. As a member of our rehabilitation department you will provide skilled treatment that will help children (from birth to 21 years of age) to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. By helping to develop specific skills through treatment activities and finding creative alternatives that help make the most of their abilities, you will help infants, children and adolescents with special needs live their lives to the fullest. It is care that changes kids, families, and caregivers.


In this role, you will perform evaluations, planning, invention, consultation and training under the supervision of the Director of Rehab Service.

For senior level OT position you must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience along with excellent leadership and team building skills. Other requirements for all occupational therapist positions include:

? 3-5 years experience (1 clinical affiliation in pediatrics)
? Graduate of an approved professional school of occupational therapy
? Licensed, or eligible for licensure, to practice by the District of Columbia
? CPR certification
? Pool therapy experience a plus
