Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for assessment, planning and implementation of therapeutic programs for a variety of pediatric patients within and outside the hospital setting.

Qualifications
1. LPT in Iowa or eligible.
2. Experience in pediatrics.
3. Willing to work in a family centered model.
4. Willing to work a flexible schedule and be
a part of a multidisciplinary team.
