Phsyical Therapist- Home Based, Regional Travel Position

Motorika USA is creating a new standard for stroke therapy through introduction of Reo? Therapy, a system of robotics-based devices incorporating advanced user-friendly software to access greater arm function recovery for patients who have experienced a stroke or other neurological impairment.   

First installations of Reo systems are now underway and we are seeking to add staff with physical and occupational therapy competencies to support all clinical aspects of product introduction:on site training, sales demonstrations, in-services and educational workshops, device trial uses in facilities, clinical guidance support, clinical guidance development, clinical research.

This is a rare opportunity to influence a new product introduction to the therapy market, and includes multiple avenues for growth and professional development. Our Reo Therapist will be interfacing regularly with clients and can expect to spend 30% to 50% of their time traveling.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong base of diversified experience in either physical or occupational therapy, including at least 2 years in education and training related responsibilities, and experience with stroke and other neurological conditions.  A bachelor?s degree or equivalent in physical or occupational therapy is required. 

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.  Sales, marketing, advanced degree, PC, and technical product experiences are all a plus.
