Physical Therapist ? Out-patient ? In-patient - 40 Chicago locations!

We are currently seeking Physical Therapists in Chicago (40 locations, North, South, East, West. The PT will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate for residents ranging in age from adolescence to geriatrics including Rehab Services and where applicable, wound prevention.

Qualifications

? Must have current IL Licensure (or be eligible to obtain) or certification as PT

? One year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine plus current BCLS certification.
