Physical Therapist

St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls, WI is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team.  This excellent opportunity is available to provide physical therapy services upon the referral of a physician.  Primary functions of this position include:  utilizing appropriate techniques and principles to evaluate patients' physical, functional, and emotional status.  Utilize appropriate treatment procedures to reach desired therapy and medical goals.  Document and maintain patient records of evaluations, goals, treatments, and progress reports.  Provide instructions to patients, families and/or paramedical staff regarding specific treatment and functional activities.  Promote communication and rapport with hospital staff, and department staff.  Assist with supervision and instruction of Physical Therapy Aides and Assistants. 

 

We require a degree from an accredited college or university in Physical Therapy or related area and completion of required clinical internship.  Applicants must hold a current WI Physical Therapy license.
