The Physical Therapist and/or PTA will deliver rehabilitation care to all residents in need. This will include the direct patient care services of evaluation and treatment. The therapist is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with nursing and all other rehab and facility staff. Our rehab-oriented environment ensures the best clinical outcomes and highest potential for return to home. The case-mix includes the full range of rehab diagnoses.

Life Care Center of Tullahoma is looking for a Physical Therapist and/or PTA to join a progressive, dynamic, and growing therapy team. Residents are the priority at Life Care and we are looking for someone with a positive attitude that strives to better the patient. This is a full time regular position, but we support flexible scheduling. We have a very attractive hire-on incentive package that we can tailor to your needs.
