Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of working in the field as you visit patients in their homes to provide physical therapy. Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, primary responsibilities will include:

 
Following the exercise programs developed by the PT
Coordinating care with other disciplines as needed
Obtaining authorizations for care from insurance case managers
Maintaining documentation



Must be a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Acute Care or Home Health experience is preferred.
