Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation, Inc., (ONR), is a therapist owned rehabilitation company with over 18 years experience of providing quality rehab services. ONR's progressive therapeutic approach has evolved through a combination of strong beliefs in teamwork, honesty, pride in work, high standards of care and professional and personal commitment. We pride ourselves on our multi-disciplinary approach to rehabilitation. ONR provides therapy services in facilities throughout Arizona, Arkansas, California, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
We are seeking an exceptional clinician to join our team in an upper-management position as ONR's Regional Director of Operations in Texas. As a Regional Director, selected candidate will be responsible for effective utilization of staff resources, overseeing fiscal matters relating to clinical programs, overseeing the start up of new facilities and promoting the Company at the community and regional levels. Selected candidate must be a licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech-language pathologist and possess eight to ten years experience in SNF rehabilitation programs with at least five years experience in health care management with multi-site experience.
