Regional Director of Rehabilitation
Northern Indiana

Essential Functions
The Regional Director will lead and direct all rehabilitation programs throughout Northern Indiana in clinical and operational excellence and appropriate allocation of resources. The Regional Director ensures that all therapy services are provided in accordance with Progressive Step policies and procedures and in compliance with stat and federal regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
? Multi site management experience
? Previously managed exempt level employees
? Graduate of an accredited program in physical, occupational or speech therapy
? State credentialing/license as required
? Previous management experience in a long term health care
