Respiratory Care Prac II

Overview : Shift: Nights Responsibilities : This position is responsible for providing respiratory care and diagnostic testing to patients with respiratory and/or cardiac disorders. The practitioner will understand and apply fundamental techniques of respiratory therapy to adult, adolescent, pediatric and neonatal patients in an acute care setting and home care and/or to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing and resident care facilities, dependent on area of assignment. Good department citizenship and service excellence is demonstrated by consistently exhibiting the 'BHA Service Standards' and a positive, professional attitude in the performance of this job.

Qualifications :

Requires a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential, registry eligiblity preferred, with a current Arizona license to practice respiratory care. Must have clinical experience and ability to perform basic respiratory therapy modalities.
