Reports to: Director of Respiratory Services
Immediate Need

Responsibilities :

Directs, coordinates, and administers the operation of activities of the department in order to effectively achieve the organization's established goals. Assesses and evaluates care and services provided, staffing levels, competence, and educational needs of all employees and effectively coordinates and controls resources.

Qualifications :

High School education. AMA or approved 1 or 2 year Respiratory therapy Program. Current State of California RCP license. Successful completion of NBRC CRT exam. Current BCLS. Preferred PALS. NRP. RRT preferred. 4-5 years working as a Respiratory Care Supervisor in acute care setting. Demonstrates desired clinical skills related to respiratory care. Good communication skills, good leadership skills, strong organizational skills, strong computer skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Track record of excellent budget management.
