JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Responsible for evaluating, assessing, planning and delivering patient care upon referral from a physician.

* Provide direct patient care to individuals of all ages.

* Constant contact with other departments, patients and their families on a regular basis

* Daily average of 7 hours of productive direct patient care is expected.

* Provide supervision to PTA?s, Techs and PT students as assigned.

 



QUALIFICATIONS:

* Staff Physical Therapist, Out Patient

* Certification valid with National Board for Certification in PT

* Licensed by the State of North Carolina for PT

*CPR Certified

* Minimum of Bachelor?s Degree/Certificate in Physical Therapy with APTA certification/licensure
