VP - Therapy Services
American HealthCare, a premier provider of long-term care in Virginia has an outstanding leadership opportunity for a Vice President of Therapy Services. This position will work out of our Roanoke office and reports directly to the President/COO. Our in-house therapy program is a critical factor in the overall success of the company and this individual is directly accountable for the success of the therapy program while working closely with other departments.
This individual will be responsible for directing and developing the overall therapy program to include evaluating and revising policies and procedures, developing and setting goals, executing action plans, and developing efficient tools to evaluate the overall program and the specific programs in the individual facilities. This individual will directly manage the Regional Therapy Consultants.
Qualified candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, LPTA, or COTA and should have prior management experience as well as experience in long-term care.
