Administrative Assistant-Sales

The position will provide administrative support to the Sales Office and General Manager, greet and assist visitors, answer incoming Sales calls, handle sales inquiries and assist with group contracts/proposals. Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to multi-task and  prioritize tasks is necessary.  Candidates must possess problem resolution skills, time management and organizational skills.  Must have excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.  Prior hotel experience is required.  Knowledge of Delphi, Sales Pro or PMS is a plus.  Must be able to work flexible hours and some weekends.
