Appointment Setter - Elk Grove

JOB SUMMARY: Contact leads referred by Owners and Non Owner to schedule appointment times for sales presentations, also referred to as “tours”. 



 



 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:





 
Initiate phone calls with prospective leads to schedule appointments for “tours”.  This is subject to quotas/requirements.  Contact owners prior to setting appointments for additional information concerning the referral.


Contact leads to confirm scheduled appointments.  May need to reschedule if necessary.


Assist with other Owner Referral functions, such as promotional parties and seminars.


Complete and mail invitations and confirmation letters for appointments.


Maintain accurate records for contacts and call backs.  


Other duties/functions as assigned.

 EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (Minimum requirements necessary for this position):



 

One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent experience preferred.
