Assistant Controller-Hotel Management

Assistant Controller, in hospitality industry, offers unique variety of duties and the opportunity to use/expand professional and interpersonal skills; interacting with staff, executives and clientele. Daily personal contact, a go-to problem solver with administrative/supervisory ability to delegate responsibilities, motivate accounting department staff, handle internal control over revenue, cash flow, production of monthly financial statements.

 

Requirements also include: CPA certification, accounting degree preferred. Handle spreadsheet software, knowledge of tax laws applicable to local and state tax, all aspects of the OnQ System.

 

Develop and implement on-going, in-house training for all accounting employees, evaluate staff for promotion.

 

Salary: Base of $55,000 with early review.
