Brand Marketing Manager

Position Description:
Identify and develop National Marketing calendar topics and drive innovation process
Steward product and concept research for major National Marketing promotions and menu implementations from initial concept screen through restaurant test market, national implementation and post analysis.
Determine concept positioning, naming and pricing. Write concepts for research and refine throughout the process. Evaluate new product ideas in the test kitchen and work with R&D to refine products based on consumer learning and test results.
Manage Marketing Analyst to develop pricing and sales projections for new items and promotions. Coordinates with R&D and Finance to determine P/L impact.
Lead select strategic marketing initiatives; responsible for taking the project from its initial business case through marketing implementation and measurement.
Own and maintain critical path for current National Marketing calendar.


Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Masters of Business Administration preferred.
6 – 10 years marketing experience in the restaurant industry or consumer package goods preferred. Experience in bringing new products and consumer promotions to the marketplace required.
Possess strategic thinking skills, strong analytical and creative skills with attention to detail.
Ability to develop and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills both written and oral. Ability to influence key stake holders throughout process required.
Must be a team player/builder with the ability to facilitate communication internally and externally.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point is necessary.
