DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:



Individual will be responsible for food and beverage activities in the Marine Department, Aviation Department and Deerfield catering functions. Individual may spend up to 30% of their time aboard the company yachts.



QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS:



1. Certificate or degree from culinary arts school preferred.

2. Minimum of five (5) years general hands-on culinary experience.

3. Experience with up-scale menus, hors d?oeuvres and formal sit down dining required.

4. Knowledge of food service equipment, sanitation requirements, food costs, purchasing, inventory control, provisioning, ordering and food and beverage accounting principles.

5. Ability to work effectively with vendors, associates and VIPs.

6. Must have exceptional organizational skills and above average customer service attitude.

7. Must posses a valid Florida driver's license and U.S. passport.

8. Ability to travel at sea and work a flexible schedule.
