Client Services Department Manager

Manage day to day operations of client services team to ensure representatives provide superior service to clients and to ensure that the highest possible levels of client retention are achieved. Provide management and leadership of client services reps to include distribution of accounts, performance feedback, coaching and evaluation, advising consultants on how to manage their accounts, assisting them in resolving client issues and concerns, providing tools and training to improve their account management skills. Provide management of customer service call center supervisor.

3 years of management experience; 3-5 years of customer service experience. Candidate must possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Must have ability to effectively coach and lead a team to achieve results. Must have excellent problem solving and client management skills. Working knowledge of MS Office suite; Bachelor's degree preferred.
