Concierge

Premier national Real Estate Management Company seeks exceptional Concierge for regular full time positions in a luxury high-rise building in San Francisco, CA. Applicants must possess superior customer relations skills and the ability to set a positive example of service and integrity at all times. Lobby staff personnel will be responsible for ensuring a professional and courteous environment for residents at their assigned locations, meeting and greeting residents and their guests, deliveries administration, general lobby access control/monitoring, door services and other applicable lobby responsibilities.

Requirements include one to two years of guest services, customer services or resident services experience; effective written, oral and interpersonal skills; working knowledge of personal computers; the ability to handle assigned level of responsibility; the ability to apply good judgment and maintain composure in high pressured situations; high school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred; luxury building exposure a plus. Must have the ability to maintain our company’s professional standards and be willing to work various shifts.
