Corporate and Group Travel Agent - San Antonio, TX

Join an elite team of Corporate, Group, and International Travel Consultants handling Business customers for Travelocity - the leading online travel service! It is a great time to join the team, as we are going through a tremendous hiring phase!

 

You will be joining a large, fast growing team with the company that leads the industry! You will be responsible for communicating with and handling the travel needs for our business Corporate, Groups, and International travelers and travel arrangers.

 

In this role you will:

? Communicate on the phone with Travelocity Business customers positively and effectively, and complete transactions quickly and accurately.

? Provide accurate travel information, including routing and pricing (and rerouting and re-pricing) information to facilitate customer decisions on itinerary selection and ticketing options for new air, car and hotel reservations and changes to existing reservations.

? Utilize the Travelocity Business customer support systems quickly and accurately to retrieve profile and itinerary data, create new reservations, add new itinerary segments, and change or cancel existing reservations.

? Understand and stay up-to-date on policies regarding corporate, group and international travel, policy compliance reporting, corporate negotiated and preferred supplier programs, convenience vs. low-cost focus, etc. 

 

To be selected for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate:

? A commitment to and a track record of providing World Class customer service to corporate business travelers.

? 3 to 5 years of recent Sabre corporate travel agency experience focusing on Corporate, Group, or International/VIP travel.

? A high level of expertise in reservations and reissues/exchanges.

? An availability and willingness to work a variable schedule in a center open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
