 Building Maintenance- Full-Time


Requires some knowledge and skill in air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and finish skills, mechanical, general building, and energy conservation. This position requires proficiency in one of the above areas and a good foundation in all other areas. Repair, maintain, and install work according to departmental procedures. Answers calls as required. Performs preventative maintenance in a timely manner.


 

Position Pays $12.00-$12.50 DOE

 

 

 

 

 

Front Desk Agent: (Part time, varied shifts)

 

Job Purpose:

Serves guests by completing registration; controlling room assignments.

Duties:

* Welcomes guests by greeting them; answering questions; responding to requests.

* Registers guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements; verifying pre-registration; assigning room; obtaining information and signatures; issuing door cards.

* Establishes credit by verifying credit cards

* Directs guests to room

* Conveys information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, facsimiles, packages, etc.

* Provides information to guests by answering inquiries regarding hotel and other services guests may require, such as entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.

* Maintains records by entering room and guest account data.

* Collects revenue by entering services and charges; computing bill; obtaining payment.

* Makes hotel and other reservations by entering or telephoning requirements; checking availability; confirming requirements.

* Secures guests' valuables by placing valuables in safe deposit box.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Pays $8.00-$8.50 DOE

 

 

 

 

 

Airport Shuttle Driver: (Part-time)

 

Job Purpose:

Serves hotel guests by providing complimentary transportation to and from DFW Airport.

 

Duties:

* Drives hotel van back and forth from hotel to airport based on demand.

 

* Assists guests with baggage, directions, and local information.

 

* Assists housekeeping department by ensuring all public areas of hotel are free from trash, debris, clutter, etc.

 

* Assists Front Desk Agent by answering phones, assisting guests during busy periods.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

Customer Service, People Skills, Quality Focus, Professionalism, Energy Level, Multi-tasking, Dependability, Thoroughness, Phone Skills, Data Entry Skills, Listening.  Must have a valid Texas Driver License with no moving violations for the past 5 years. 

The Canidates Selected for this position is required to submit a driving record at time of hire.

 

Postions pays $7.00 per hour Plus Tips
