Data Services Agent (915)

Update our portfolio of 7,000 plus hotels in various reservation systems. Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in all Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to ensure that we provide correct information to automated travel agents worldwide. Provide support to travel agents and the GDS community with system and reservations related issues.

? Maintain the Central Reservation System and Global Distribution Systems database
? Process reservation reject messages and correct discrepancies.
? Reservation problem solving and customer service.
? Maintain daily queue messages from travel agents.
? Constant familiarization with systems enhancements.
? High School diploma/GED required
? Ability to type 25 wpm
? Excel and windows experience required
? Ability to learn many different duties and effectively execute them on a daily basis.
? Team player and positive attitude.
? Demonstrates an optimistic ?can-do? attitude and is stimulated by challenges.
? Ability to clearly and constructively express abstract and concrete ideas, verbally and in writing, to diverse audience.
? Ability to demonstrate effective listening skills.
