We are currently searching for a Director, Revenue Management & Statistical Analysis.

 

Department: Marketing

Group: Revenue Mgt.
Reports to: V.P. Revenue Management

Position Purpose:
The position is responsible for 1) directing the development and utilization of complex analytical tools used in revenue management programs and processes; 2) analyzing and executing sound tactical initiatives related to pricing and customer segmentation; 3) integrating revenue management objectives into IT and related development projects.

Annual Operating Budget $1.1M total departmental budget
Other Scope Measurement $150K developmental cost savings goal

Information Services Administrators

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Directing the development and utilization of complex analytical tools used in revenue management programs and processes.
2. Analyzing and executing revenue mgt. strategies for the AEL brands through analysis of statistical indicators and evaluation of operational practices.
3. Integrating revenue management objectives into IT and related development projects.

Performance Measures:

1. $150K annual cost saving goal related to reductions in potential development expenses
2. Accor North America revpar performance compared to that of the segment and the primary competition.
3. Annual customer satisfaction survey ratings

Qualifications:

1. 7-10 years related business experience preferably in the hotel industry
2. Advanced knowledge of data modeling and the proven ability to create innovative business solutions utilizing available resources. Demonstrated ability to work with both in-house IT support groups and external vendors in the resolution of business problems.
3. Extensive knowledge of systems utilized in the Hotel Industry. Experience with Global Distribution Systems and Internet Distribution Systems desired. Must be proficient in use of Oracle databases and Microsoft products with proven high competency in advance functionalities of Access and Excel.
