Named 2 years in a row by the Boston Business Journal as the fastest growing Meeting and Event Company, and based on our aggressive growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on experienced Director of Operations to manage our Boston based office(s). We are currently looking to add to staff a competent ?hands on Director of Operations.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Client and Company Relationships, primarily by phone. Creative and Business Proposal Writing including research Content Development and Costing. Prospect and Client Site Inspections Client Communications Strong customer service and telephone skills;  90% of our business and client relations are based around telephone relationships Assignment of Contract Additions to the Contract via a Written Change Order Process Invoicing and Billing Reconciliations Program/Operations Management of the Account as Required  Vendor/Supplier Management including negotiations and contractual management Financial Performance and Reconciliation of Accounts. 

? Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

? Ability to work on a full time basis as well as participate in the programs as onsite account representation.  Programs vary from 2-7 days at a time.
